First thing you need to do is Login

Under the Maps tab is a Upload Maps link, click on it and it will open a new window

 

This will open a new window which is where you can add all the information, zip and screenshot

Once you have added the description, zip, screenshot, select category.... and happy with it Click the blue Publish button

Done now it is added to the database, an admin will check it over and ok it for public listing.
