TIOCoop – Helping Keep Delta Force: Black Hawk Down Alive
TIOCoop is a community dedicated to keeping Delta Force: Black Hawk Down and Black Hawk Down: Team Sabre alive for players around the world.
For many years, the Delta Force community has been built around more than simply playing the game. Players have created custom missions, maps, modifications, utilities and new ways to enjoy cooperative gameplay. TIOCoop continues that tradition by providing a central home where players, map makers, modders and server administrators can come together.
The TIOCoop Mod
At the heart of the community is the TIOCoop Mod, developed specifically with cooperative gameplay in mind.
The mod expands on the original Black Hawk Down experience with new and modified content, gameplay changes, custom environments, improved AI behavior and community-created missions.
Our aim is not to replace the game people remember, but to build on it and give players more reasons to continue playing together.
Whether you are returning to Black Hawk Down after many years or are still playing regularly, the TIOCoop Mod provides another way to experience this classic game.
Community Maps
Mapping has always been an important part of the Delta Force community.
TIOCoop supports and preserves maps created by members of the community, including maps for:

* Community map makers and mapping groups
From military compounds and cities to snow-covered environments, tunnels, mountains, jungles and volcanic landscapes, community map makers have continued to push what can be created with the Black Hawk Down engine.
TIOCoop provides a place for these maps to be shared, preserved and enjoyed by future players.
Mapping and Modding Resources
TIOCoop is also a resource for people interested in creating their own content.
The site provides access to a collection of mapping tools, modding tools, utilities, mission editor resources and documentation that have been used by the Delta Force community over the years.
Preserving these tools is important. As older websites and gaming communities disappear, many utilities and documents created for Black Hawk Down are becoming increasingly difficult to find.
TIOCoop aims to help preserve these resources so that they remain available to the community.

Older games survive because their communities continue sharing what they know.

Multiplayer and TeamSpeak
Playing together remains at the centre of TIOCoop.
The website provides access to community server information and TeamSpeak resources, making it easier for players to find one another, join games and communicate while playing.
Black Hawk Down may be an older game, but a dedicated community can keep multiplayer alive long after official support has ended.
Preserving the Black Hawk Down Community
Many websites, clans, squads and resources from the early years of Delta Force have disappeared over time.
With them, valuable maps, tools, tutorials and community knowledge can disappear as well.
TIOCoop is committed to helping preserve as much of that history as possible while continuing to develop new content for the game.
