You should always make a "Backup Copy" of your Map, before editing the "MIS" file.

Browse your way to your "Game Folder" and locate your Maps "MIS" file. Open the "MIS" file in Notepad.

(It will look like the image below)

Change the value for the "Terrain_Color", Then open the "File" tab and click "Save". Close Notepad.
Open your Map with the "Mission Editor" (MED) and save your Map.

(If this method does not work for everyone, there are two other methods below in the "Related Info")

If your map is a jungle terrain you don't have to do anything, the default camo is jungle.

For Jungle Camo the Terrain Color is set to 0 (Zero)

For Desert Camo the Terrain Color is set to 1 (One)

For Snow Camo the Terrain Color is set to 2 (Two)

--RELATED INFO--

We removed our Camo Mission Editor, that is why we are changing Camo manually.

--Changing The Player Characters Camo--

# 1: Browse your way to your "Game Folder" and locate your Maps "MIS" file. Open the "MIS" file in Notepad.

(It will look like the image above)

Change the value for the "Terrain_Color", Then open the "File" tab and click "Save As", add this extension .MIS to the end of your Map Name, then click "Save". Close Notepad. (Example Map Name Before Saving - Teds WonderLand.MIS )

Open your Map with the "Mission Editor" (MED) and save your Map. (Sometimes Windows will not let you "Save" anything while in the "Program Files Folder")

# 2: A long approach method but it works

Move your Maps "MIS" file to the Desktop. Open the "MIS" file in Notepad. (It will look like the image above)

Change the value for the "Terrain_Color", Then open the "File" tab and click "Save". Close Notepad. Move your Maps "MIS" file back to your "Game Folder". Open your Map with the "Mission Editor" (MED) and save your Map.
