TIOcoop not opening after install

I downloaded and installed it several times. Even restarted. I also tried running it in all the different compatibility modes - that did not work. I also tried running as administrator in each of the compatibility modes. It does show the .EXE is opened in task manager but will not open BHD. Any ideas?

it was my firewall

Welcome to our Home and the Mod. Thanks for trying our TIOcoop Mod, hope you like it.

I am glad you figured out the problem, usually the Mod installs with no hassles. Firewall and

Antivirus can be a pain in the butt. I install every program using "Run as an Administrator".
